    Responsibilities

    • Conduct various diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures. Prepare accurate preliminary reports for radiologists and other healthcare providers.

    • Record relevant medical history for each exam and complete daily administrative tasks.

    • Maintain required credentials and licenses.
    • Participate in departmental meetings.

    • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient well-being.

    • Take initiative in assignments and perform additional tasks as needed.

    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Understand instructions clearly and share insights effectively.

    • Engage with supervisors, colleagues, other departments, and all customer groups to uphold our service commitment.


    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from an Accredited Ultrasound Program and ARDMS Eligibility
    • ARRT, ARDMS or similar certification or eligibility
    • Obtain full New Mexico state licensure within one year of employment
    • Keep up with licensure and national certification/registry
    • Basic Life Support Certification

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
    • One year of experience in a healthcare/hospital setting
