1st Call Home Healthcare is looking for experienced, caring -
LPN or RN's - for
an awesome client in the Vicksburg, MI area.

Position is for 2 days per week, 12-hour day shifts.

There is a choice in the schedule of either Tuesday & Friday or Tuesday & Sunday E/O Sunday may be possible.

There is also a possibility of splitting the shift - must be prescheduled.

This is a _great_ opportunity if you are looking for hours in addition to your current schedule or as a part-time position on its own.

EXPERIENCE/CARE REQUIRED

General Homecare Nursing Care
Assist/Provide ADL Care

Suctioning

No Vent
Tube Feeding
Cough Assist
Respiratory Assessment/Listen to Lungs
Home Exercises/ROM
Companionship w/Activities
Ability to Work in a Home with Dogs (Nice)
Ability to Start Promptly & Commit to a Schedule

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Valid LPN or RN License in the State of MI
Minimum of 1 year experience as a LPN or RN in a facility or Home Care Agency
Valid Drivers License
Follow Patient Plan of Care
Ability to work independently
Excellent Assessment Skills
Ability to Document Immediately/Daily
Report _any _Changes to the DON
Documentation to meet compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice.
Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by the plan of care/company
Strong customer service skills make a difference
Positive attitude
Reliability is Required
Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
