BioCure is an Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) management company that provides over site and nursing for practice-based physician infusion sites.

We are seeking someone with the desire to help people to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

• Make welcome calls to new patient referrals.
• Provide needed information from site EMRs to benefits coordinators and billing specialists.
• Keep track of new patient progress and request action as needed.
• Contact patients to complete welcome packets via DocuSign.
• Coordinate with sites to complete specialty pharmacy authorizations.
• Complete specialty pharmacy authorizations, as needed.
• Assist patients with free drug enrollment, as needed.
• Place orders for specialty pharmacy and free drug for delivery to sites.
• Assist with patient scheduling.
• Act as primary contact for communication to and from sites regarding patient care.
• Field calls from site RNs and assist with administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma.

Associate's degree in medical field preferred.

2 year experience working for healthcare practice or hospital.

Medical knowledge.

Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent computer skills.

$50, $55,000.00 per year
