Job DescriptionMBS is hiring an Engagement Manager. This position is a remote, full-time, direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, particularly in implementing ServiceNow products and services. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical staff, to achieve project deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure adherence to the project timeline and budget.
Coordinate with sales teams to identify additional service opportunities and contribute to the proposal development process.
Provide regular project updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure the successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions by facilitating change management and training for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
