Description

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and isresponsible for the assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution ofthe entire brewing/packaging processesThe Production Supervisor will oversee the production shift, supervise coffee packaging, and maintain a safe work environmentThe Production Supervisor will work closely with the management team to ensure that the processing remainsconsistent and that coffee production goals are metThis is a key position at the brewery and carries much responsibility.

This person must ensure that the production produces high-quality products, ontime and on budget

Essential Job Functions:
Oversee production shift start to finishManage production shift schedulesCoordinate liquid movements with facility, canning, processing,storage, retortMaintain quality, food safety and staff safetyContinually improve production processes and qualityEnforce occupational health and safety standardsEnsure facility cleanliness throughout the shift

Minimum Position Qualifications:3+ years managing a production lineDemonstrates the ability to drive improvementsExperience managing a production teamAbility to work well with others and communicate issues in a timely mannerAbility to complete tasks in timely mannerCapable of lifting 40lbs.

and capable of regularly moving 150lbs bypallet jackFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingMust always wear personal protective equipmentParticipates actively in facility safety initiatives, programs, andtraining sessionsAbility to work a schedule of (5) full 8-hour workdays per week, withthe flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed
