Description
Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons.


Qualifications:


  • Licensed LVN in the State of Texas required
  • 1+ years' experience as an LVN preferred
  • Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
