- Proficient in developing test cases and scripts based on system and software requirements.
- 5+ YEARS PYTHON IN A JOB SETTING
- Familiarity with software verification and validation principles, covering functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Squish for QT test automation.
- Experience in agriculture technology, including seed sensing, path planning, and seeding heatmaps.
- Analyze software and systems requirements.
- Independently develop and execute test cases for vehicle and software testing.
- Conduct tests on agriculture machinery, focusing on CAN bus functionality and Autoguidance features.
- Perform a mix of manual and automated testing, using Python scripts for bench-level software testing.
- Generate test reports and track test progress against software release schedules.
- Analyze test results for future improvements in test coverage.
- Ensure traceability of tests to requirements.
- BS/MS in Agricultural Engineering preferred; Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science also acceptable.
- Experience with agriculture equipment and operations, particularly seed sensing, path planning, and seeding heatmaps.
- Strong understanding of test case development and software validation concepts.
- Knowledge of CAN Communication, J1939, and ISOBUS.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and management reporting.
- Experience with Squish for QT test automation.
