    Description

    Responsibilities:

    In order to guarantee the quality of the applications being tested in all testing domains-functional, end-to-end, regression, automation, and performance-the lead software quality engineer must be both hands-on and in charge of the team of testers.

    Collaborate closely with software development teams to find and fix problems before they are released and to guarantee that testing procedures and processes are continuously improved.

    The Lead Software Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance (QA) for projects involving several business lines, IT support areas, platforms, and/or locations.

    Participate actively in test validation tasks and supervise and mentor test team members to guarantee successful completion of these work in compliance with project and release schedules.

    Compile and carry out intricate software test plans and methods covering functional, end-to-end, regression, automation, and performance testing at all testing levels.

    Use automation first when creating and running test cases.
    Monitor and inform the project team and stakeholders on QA metrics and test statuses.
    Create, adapt, and/or adjust procedures to handle intricate testing procedures and efficiently utilize and manage testing environments.
    Form fruitful, effective, and goal-oriented collaborations with colleagues, other IT specialties, and the company.
    Experience and Requirements for the Position12+ years of QA experience6+ years of practical experience creating automation test code and using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Postman, Cucumber/Gherkin, IDEs, etc.); AccelQ recommended6+ years of SQL experience4+ years of API/JSON/webservices testing experiencePerformance and load testing expertise with JMeterCloud technology (AWS, Azure) expertiseOracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform expertiseAgile/scrum delivery methodologies expertiseCI/CD pipeline expertise
