    Description

    Staff Accountant

    Location: Phoenix, AZ

    In-office

    As a Staff Accountant, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller and work interactively with the accounting team in a fast-paced, up-beat, multi-state environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Prepare & post journal entries

    Expense analysis

    Accruals

    Gross profit reconciliation

    Compile & distribute various financial reports monthly

    Budget vs. actual expense analysis

    Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

    Prepare & file various monthly tax reports, including GL reconciliation

    Participate in budget forecasting

    Petty cash & reconciliation

    Participating in month-end close

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    Bachelor degree in accounting or related experience

    3 years General Ledger reconciliation experience

    SAP software preferred
