About Us

The Lebenshilfe NRW e.V. Care Association provides legal guardianship for people who are no longer able to handle their own affairs and advises and supports volunteers. We offer our services at eight locations in NRW.
For our location in Hürth, we are looking for full-time or part-time

Legal Association Guardians (m/f/d)

You are a social worker, educator, or lawyer with a 2nd state examination.
Graduates from other fields of study are also welcome to apply. In this case, we will support you in obtaining the legally required expertise for the job.

Your tasks include:

  • Dealing with and caring for people with illness and/or disabilities.
  • Organizational and administrative tasks, including asset management, dealing with authorities, and healthcare
  • Recruiting, training, and advising volunteer legal guardians

We are looking for:

  • Knowledge of social and guardianship law or a willingness to familiarize yourself with relevant legal areas
  • Empathy and a sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork, resilience, and reliability
  • Assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills and a good balance between closeness and distance
