We are seeking a qualified architect with experience in using ArchiCAD to join our team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of project completion and will communicate effectively with all necessary parties to ensure timely execution. They will also be responsible for conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and drawings to outline the architectural design of projects
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and materials to create high-quality finished products
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure work meets safety standards and is of the highest quality
  • Oversee and provide recommendations throughout the construction process
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD
