**About this Position**

The Customer Service Representative 3 will be responsible for setting up all claims through Primerica Life and National Benefit Life, including TIAB and waiver of premium claims received through the department by telephone or written notice. This position will communicate with attorneys, regulators, law enforcement officials, insured, beneficiaries, and representatives of collateral assignees. The CSR 3 will research policy and premium issues related to the claims adjudication process. They will also assist in processing claim payments. The CSR 3 will sort, match and properly distribute all incoming and outgoing mail throughout the department. This position must maintain confidentiality when processing a life claim.****

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate appropriately with any individuals who can present a variety of risks to the company, which can include litigation, regulatory action, fraudulent claims, inadequate sales force support, and non-retention of business.

**Hours:** 8:30am-5:30pm

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**

3 years telephone customer service experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently and meets deadlines under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organizational and presentation skills

Possess the ability to work under pressure and communicate professionally with irate and bereaved customers.

Excellent typing, spelling, and PC skills

Familiarity with various snon and database options
