Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents/homeowners and any tenants
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions
  • Assist with community events and promotions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in HOA community management
  • A CACM or CAI designation preferred
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., ASYST), Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property management
