Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents/homeowners and any tenants
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions
- Assist with community events and promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in HOA community management
- A CACM or CAI designation preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., ASYST), Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property management
