Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Lifepoint Health.A Pharmacist who excels in this role will coordinate and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients,
manage drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team,
review interpret evaluate medication orders to identify prevent resolve actual potential drug-related problems
and document clinical interventions outcomes support medication safety quality improvement initiatives.
