Your tasks:

  • As a construction manager (m/f/d), you organize and lead construction projects for underground pipeline construction in the areas of gas, water, district heating, and electricity, including the associated civil engineering work
  • In your role, you are responsible for the correct billing of construction measures
  • This also includes supervising, coordinating, and managing construction sites in terms of personnel and equipment usage
  • As a contact person (m/f/d) on site, you ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety guidelines and maintain regular communication with various parties, such as clients, authorities, and suppliers
  • Detailed documentation of project progress, monitoring budget compliance for construction measures, and continuous review of construction services round out your field of activity

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in civil engineering
  • Professional experience in civil engineering with personnel responsibility is mandatory
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicate professionally with clients
  • You prefer to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility
  • You have demonstrated your assertiveness, willingness to perform, and organizational skills ideally in practice
  • A valid driver's license, at least class 3 or B (car), is mandatory and must be provided
