Palliative Care Nurse (m/f/d)
Senior Residence at the Market

Are you experienced in nursing and specialized in caring for and accompanying dying patients? Then you are welcome to join our team. We look forward to having you on board.

Your responsibilities

You will provide basic and treatment care.
You will be the contact person for residents and their families.
You will provide psychosocial counseling.
You will coordinate and organize the dying process in all living areas.
You will train employees on end-of-life care and grief culture.
You will network with hospice services and cooperation partners.
You will participate in internal quality assurance measures.
You will document all patient data accurately.
You will adhere to all nursing standards.

What you should bring

You have completed a 3-year training in health and nursing care, elderly care, or pediatric nursing.
You have additional training in "Palliative Care".
