For our location in Lichtenfels (BY) we are currently looking for a full-time (37.5 hours/week) permanent

Employee (m/f/d) in Financial Accounting

Your tasks:

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting (focus on accounts payable)
  • Monthly sales tax prepayment to the tax office and timely submission of the monthly summary report to the Federal Central Tax Office
  • Execution of payment runs and posting of bank statements (in representation)
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Maintenance of insurance documents as well as reporting deadlines and processing of claims
  • Support in answering sales inquiries regarding sales tax matters
  • Timely submission of statistics
  • Application for refunds according to StromStG
