Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Information Technology ("IT") Department's Daily Operations and cybersecurity preparedness for the organization.

Serves as the on-site IT facilitator for the organization and the main point of contact with our Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Maintains in-depth technical knowledge to manage the corporate IT systems efficiently. Develops and implements IT strategies in order to meet corporate financial and operational needs.


  • Specific Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, computers, and software for the organization.
  • Oversees technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintains C4C's Written Information Security Plan ("WISP"), including annual review, updates, and certification.
  • Oversees and troubleshoots the deployment and upgrades of IT hardware and software.
  • Provides technical support to staff and monitors Helpdesk tickets to determine common issues and/or areas of opportunity for staff training.
  • Serve as a member of the Regulatory & Information Security Committee (RISC).
  • Conducts annual Risk Assessment using 3rdparty provider to assess the state of the company's IT and cybersecurity. Reports to the Board of Directors annually on the results of the assessment.
  • Works with all business owners to ensure that their technological needs are being met. Inspect/review the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality, efficiency, and continuity of business activities.
  • Serves as Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Lead. Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
  • Evaluates the company's adherence to federal technology requirements for security and privacy. Stays up to date on all regulatory updates and changes to ensure company compliance.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Human Resources, prepare and manage departmental financial budgets and presents proposals for capital projects to executive management.
  • Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and on premises.
  • Connects new hires to networks, other programing, and provides initial training.
  • Coordinates with vendors for needed technologyrelated services.
  • Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure. Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
  • Core Competencies
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written correspondence to (technical and nontechnical) internal and external clients; ability to train staff on ITrelated software; ability to be articulate and concise.
  • Technical: Strong mathematical aptitude, analyze information, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Software: MS Office Suite. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and how to successfully protect the cybersecurity of the organization.
  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure planning; the ability to interpret and adhere to State, Federal and industry regulations; ability to supervise staff and manage the work performed in the department for completion and verify accuracy; handle multiple tasks and manage workload independently; strong interpersonal skills, high degree of tact and diplomacy; excellent organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information; ability to work through difficult and sensitive projects; flexibility to adapt to changes in work place priorities; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; resourcefulness and ability to work independently. Must have ability to think longterm and possess planning skills to execute projects in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to problem solve and use good judgment.
  • Required Experience & CertificationsEducation & Experience
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Business and Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum five (3) years' work related to information technology.

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
