Holiday City-Berkeley, NJ is seeking a nutritionist to help with my struggles with anxiety, depression, stress, and migraines. I am 31-40 years old and typically eat mostly homemade meals. My main goal in seeking a nutritionist is to lose weight. I currently weigh 70-80 kg and am cm tall.

I am not currently following any specific diet or nutrition program and do not have any food allergies or intolerances.

I would prefer to receive services at the nutritionist's office and am open to the frequency of follow-up appointments recommended by the professional.
