Your tasks
In collaboration with your team, you ensure that our target goals for ISP contract closures in the customer segments SDU, MDU and WoWi are achieved through careful planning, close coordination and targeted implementation of sales and marketing measures. An additional part of your tasks is the management of our external sales partners and their field sales teams (external D2D agencies).
- Planning and management of end customer business in our fiber expansion areas
- Support in the selection of new sales partners and their onboarding
- Support and management of external sales partners, especially in the area of D2D
- Assuming additional sales-related tasks, such as territory preparation, quality management, complaint management, process optimization
- Monitoring and reporting of sales successes and quality KPIs
- Budget and cost control
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial studies or a comparable degree, alternatively a related training
- Several years of experience in B2C sales, especially in direct sales and management of external sales partners
- (Several years of) experience in project management (ideally in project-based fiber expansion)
- Understanding of key figures as well as their interpretation and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of the telecommunications market / fiber market as well
