**Description**

Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa is serving up hospitality with heart and soul. We're looking for talented, hardworking individuals to join our culinary staff as Line Cooks. The Line Cook maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area, prepares all major food items, including all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables, maintains control charts of all food items produced, and is responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. The successful candidate must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Should be able to train new employees. Culinary school preferred.
