For the administrative support of the People Team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) starting immediately:

People / HR Administration:

The following exciting tasks await you:

  • Independent processing of contract documents, such as employment contracts, references, certificates, warnings, and terminations
  • You will be part of the project team for the introduction of a new HR management system and will have the opportunity to shape the system setup
  • You will be responsible for digitizing our personnel files
  • Insights into operational HR work
  • You will support in reporting and work together with the People Team to derive suitable measures

What we expect from you:

  • You are an enrolled student and are studying business with a focus on human resources, psychology, or a similar field
  • Ideally, you already have practical experience in the People area through internships or working student positions
  • You have a natural handson mentality, are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics, and are excited to work with a young, dynamic team
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You are fluent in German and have good communication skills in English
