- Manage all aspects of resident cases from admission to discharge.
- Evaluate patients' physical and behavioral health.
- Develop suitable treatment and recovery plans.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor patients' progress over time.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers.
- Identify behaviors that may impede treatment and recovery.
- Assist primary caregivers in handling addiction-related behavior.
- Deliver services through telemedicine and on-site facility services.
- Master's degree in social work or counseling preferred.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent.
- Prior experience in treating substance abuse disorders.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Experience with co-occurring physical and behavioral health issues.
- Proficiency in drug and alcohol testing for treatment plan monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor.
- Some inter-facility travel will be necessary.
