The Role and What You'll Do:160over90 is seeking an Account Executive to join the Creator and Social team.

The Account Executive will play an integral role helping lead social strategy efforts while executing approved programs for clients such as AB-InBev, Coca-Cola, Marriott and many more.

Influencer Marketing experience a plus.


The Creator / Digital / Social Center of Expertise is at the forefront of internet culture, pioneering the creator marketing space with many Fortune 50 clients.

Our diverse team believes in developing authentic relationships between brands and creators with influential voices, across all platforms.

We take a data-driven, strategic approach and combine it with creativity and long-term experience in the space to develop some of the most effective creator and social marketing campaigns in the industry.- Develop and execute social media and influencer programs from strategic and creative development, identification of influencers, negotiations and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement.- Develop and edit outbound client social content calendars, which includes ensuring a proper approval process to ensure content is positioned properly, free of any errors and approved by all necessary internal parties- Manage day to day community management efforts- Help lead the development of forward-thinking social media content including social videos, memes, graphics, motion graphics, infographics, gifs, live video etc.- Liaising with creative team on social asset development- Collaborate effectively across the organization with client teams including partnership, PR, video, experiential, etc.

to create and execute best in class, award-winning campaigns and innovative programs.- Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts payable- Collaborating with legal on all contracts and SOWs- Developing stellar relationships with clients and partners, gaining their trust and friendship- Working with account leads to keep account organized and running smoothly- Agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.


You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2+ years agency (or inhouse) experience in a digital / social role with focus on content creation and community management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, smart social media strategy that meets client objectives
  • Deep and intricate knowledge of the social media space including tools, best and worst practices and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space
  • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive social media strategy, complete with associated work plans for earned, owned and paid social media
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize stra
