Background and Job Purpose:


As a Product Support Associate - B2B, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing the ticketing system's delivery for Eventim's Major Events.

This involves close collaboration with the Eventim project team, the client, and other stakeholders.


You'll support major events like the Milan Cortina 2026 & Los Angeles 2028 Games, ensuring the seamless operation and execution of our ticketing systems.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual ready to dive into the heart of event ticketing operations and technical system management.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with the client and Eventim product teams to contribute to the ticketing system requirements
  • Provide advice and direction on ticketing operations, leveraging your experience in managing significant events and tournaments
  • Work alongside partners to deploy system and operational solutions
  • Help in maintaining and creating user manuals and documentation for system usage by partners and clients
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for all solutions
  • Contribute to the overarching project plan and report on task progress
  • Set up and roll out ticketing systems for each project phase
  • Aid in coordinating the setup and support for the systems during the event
  • Offer support to all teams during event operations

Key Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in ticketing systems and event management.
  • Basic understanding of ticketing operations and technical aspects of B2B ticketing programs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology and event management.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in varying conditions and embrace challenges.
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Must be selfmotivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks with mínimal supervision.
