Your responsibilities:


As the main point of contact for our customers, you will focus on providing excellent service and efficient communication, including managing existing customers.

Organizing and monitoring appointments and project plans with both customers and internally.
Conducting workshops and meetings, including taking minutes and following up on customer requirements.
Designing and presenting internal and external presentations and webinars.
Developing and testing applications and workflows, particularly in the context of Microsoft 365 (M365) implementations.
Supporting and partially providing support for M365, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint.
Coordinating with the marketing team and participating in marketing events such as trade fairs and innovation days.

Experience in project management and working with Microsoft 365 (M365), including a solid understanding of the various applications and their uses.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other involved parties and understand and fulfill everyone's requirements.

Experience in creating mockups and training materials to visually support customers and internal teams and convey complex concepts in an understandable way.

Ability to create and customize PowerApps layouts and PowerAutomate workflows to develop customized solutions for customers and automate processes.
Competencies in data management and analysis, including a solid understanding of SQL, to effectively manage, analyze, and gain meaningful insights from data
