Description
Our client operates several online shops in the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are looking for additional support for the existing team to manage and minimize outstanding balances.


Your responsibilities (m/f/d):


  • Handling incoming inquiries from customers who have received payment reminders
  • Negotiating installment payments / changes in installment amounts
  • Documenting agreements made
  • Tracking payment deadlines and contacting delinquent debtors
  • Communicating with the accounting and legal departments, as well as potential debt collection agencies
To be considered for this position, our client is looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Interest in a numbersdriven role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Flexibility with working hours
