Job Summary:
Oversees all aspects of the customer's request, including communication with the office/agent, airlines, customs, and the client. Operations ensures exceptional follow-up of air import shipments and thorough internal and external communication regarding any delays.


Description of duties:

• Communication with overseas network partners and coordinating shipments.
• Organize handling of shipment supply chain, operations, procurement, and analytics.
• Including but not limited to: rate quotation, operational file coordination, tracking and management.
• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• High volume of communication with supplier, government agencies and customer service interfacing.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Background check and drug testing required.
