- Capable of performing all tasks within the plasma center, overseeing donor flow, and supervising production employees.
- Adhering to state and federal regulations, FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal procedures.
- Managing donor selection, plasma collection, and maintaining manufacturing records to meet production standards.
- Participating in training sessions, meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness, submitting reports, controlling donor funds, and assisting in employee training.
- Communicating effectively with various departments, building donor relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Reporting unsafe conditions, potentially repairing equipment, and supporting company objectives.
- High school diploma or GED. Certification as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.
