Seeking a painter for a full-time position.

Need somenone who already knows how to paint. We do mainly residential with some new construction and commercial. Would need to be proficient in all the basic painting skills.

Need someone with a reliable vehicle that can transport a basic amount of equipment. The more the better. It's a plus if you've got your own tools although I can also provide. I do provide all larger equipment like pressure washers, ladders, sprayers etc.

I need someone who can work independently. I don't micromanage more than I have to.

Really I'm looking for someone who I can turn loose on jobs and trust to get it done and right without a lot of supervision.

We're a small company. I'm the owner and I've got 4 other full time guys.

To start out you'd probably be working solo a lot although I would periodically need you to jump in with other teams.

If you've got the ability to manage jobs we can talk about another hire so you'd have more help.

Generally we work within a 30 mile radius from Oshkosh. You would need to be okay working further away on occasion. I compensate for gas in that case.

I don't have time to train anyone with no experience but if you've got any reasonable amount of experience give me a call and we'll talk.

What I'm willing to pay will be negotiated based on your level of experience.

The most important qualities to me are reliability, trustworthiness and resourcefulness.

It's a fast paced job and things change all the time so I need someone that I can count on to show up, think for themselves and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

We've been in business for over a decade.

I can't offer all of the benefits you get with a big company but I can offer a fun work environment without a lot of red tape and beaurocracy.
