We are currently looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our BMW/MINI location in
Passau, Stockton, NJ.


Your Profile:


  • Passion for BMW or MINI vehicles

  • Willingness to learn new things

Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be the interface between all departments and coordinate an enthusiastic customer experience
  • Conduct videobased initial checks to support technical advice
  • Communicate with customers through chat
  • Process and invoice manufacturerinitiated services and orders
  • Be the point of contact for all questions regarding vehicle pickup
