A challenging task

  • We are looking for you as a strong support in our training and development team at our education center in Brandenburg an der Havel.
  • You are responsible for teaching content for training as well as for further training courses for electrical professionals, especially for digital training topics (e.g. for smart/digital local network stations).
  • You are also the first point of contact for our apprentices and independently lead the training process, providing theoretical and practical training content.
  • As a trainer, you drive digitalization forward and accompany our learners on their way into a digital world.
  • In addition, you prepare apprentices for exams and methodically prepare technical topics for knowledge transfer.
  • You plan and coordinate work materials and ensure optimal work processes in training and further education.
  • Creating evaluations for apprentices and conducting feedback discussions are also central parts of your job.

A convincing background

  • You have a degree as a master with a specialization in electrical engineering or even a university degree (bachelor) with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • Ideally, you have a qualification as a trainer or are willing to acquire these qualifications.
  • Working with common MS Office applications is not a challenge for you. Ideally, you are familiar with modern presentation and
