• Implementation of a sustainable Operational Excellence strategy and philosophy
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the OPEX specialist at the Übach-Palenberg location
• Conception, management and execution or support of the training of OPEX specialists and experts within the Schwarz Produktion group
• Ensuring and continuously searching for processes to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve quality
• Independent initiation and coordination of efficiency and target states as well as determination of target/actual deviations to derive targeted measures
• Conducting analyses to continuously identify losses and areas for improvement within Bon Gelati Übach-Palenberg

• Successfully completed relevant studies (food technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering), ideally with a master's degree, or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in similar positions and companies
• Extensive knowledge of OPEX philosophy and methodology (Lean Six Sigma, TPM and others)
• Experience in the specific expert field as well as extensive experience in process analysis and problem-solving methodology
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally
