DATTCO - Full-Time Commuter Driver Openings

DATTCO currently has full-time Commuter Driver openings at our Coach & Tour Group in Cranston, RI. These positions support our partnership with Amtrak, providing connecting bus service from New Bedford and Worcester to Providence Station.

DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned transportation company with over 1,900 employees in New England. Established in 1924, we ventured into the motorcoach charter business in 1964 at the New York World's Fair. DATTCO is the largest private passenger transportation company in New England, operating 188 vehicles and covering 6 million miles annually.

Primary Responsibilities:

Providing commuter transit services.
Following fixed, predictable schedules that ensure nightly home returns.
Navigating designated routes efficiently.
Assisting passengers throughout the journey.
Conducting pre and post-shift vehicle inspections for safety.
Operating assigned vehicles with safety and courtesy.
Demonstrating exceptional customer service through respectful interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

CDL (Class A or B) with P endorsement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Outstanding customer service aptitude.
Ability to work independently.
