1stMILE is a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. We have more than 18,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.

We are looking for a
Customer Success Specialist to drive customer engagement through relationship building and training.


Responsibilities:


  • Train new and existing customers on the basics of 1stMILE software
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and the customer
  • Log all calls and actions in the CRM system
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 12 years of telephone customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent is required
  • Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
  • Experience supporting software and hardware products preferred
  • The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
