    Description
    Schaefers office in Phoenix, Arizona is primed for growth.

    With the backing of the resources and talent of over 80 staff members in our Ohio office and remote team members across the US, this new addition to our Phoenix team will work on national public and private projects.

    Scope of Work

    • Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality
    • Act as the project engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity
    • Develop strong client relationships and leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
    • Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization
    Qualifications

    • BS in engineering, MS preferred
    • BIM (Revit) experience preferred
    • Structural engineering internship or co-op experience preferred
    • EIT for entry level applicant
