• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with CPA certification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated tenure as a Controller, preferably within the construction sector.
• Expertise in construction accounting principles and practices.
• Skilled in crafting and interpreting financial reports.
• Proficient in GAAP and construction accounting standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial foresight.
• Background in budgeting and financial forecasting, with an emphasis on construction timelines and costs.
• Proficiency with Procore and QuickBooks, specifically tailored to construction industry needs.
• Capable of analyzing financial data to discern trends and advise on strategic financial planning.
• Indepth knowledge of financial transactions and general ledger management.

• Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams within a construction setting.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial data to stakeholders.
