Overview:
Duties:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work
- Utilize software for estimating purposes
- Develop detailed proposals outlining project costs, timelines, and materials
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with pricing terms
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in selective and complete structure demolition estimating techniques
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Experience in cost control and budget and willing ness to learn our system and implement our core values and pricing
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in Selective (Hands on) Demolition) and Building Demolitions construction management or related field
Pay:
$58, $75,175.09 per year
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 5 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Lee County, FL (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lee County, FL: Relocate before starting work (required)
