What you bring * Basic training as an automotive or truck mechanic or as a bodywork specialist * Further training as an automotive diagnostician, bodywork workshop manager with a federal certificate of competence in the field of bodywork, or a diploma in bodywork operations management, as well as several years of practical experience in customer service, as a workshop manager, or operations manager * Sociability, negotiation skills, and a high level of customer orientation
