Door sub-contractor looking to fill a project manager position for estimating and management with the following qualifications:

• Must be legal to work in US
• Reliable transportation to and from
• Willingness to Learn
• Great Attitude
• Reliable and punctual are a must
• Work as a team and communicate (English/Spanish a plus)
• Knowledge of commercial door hardware (mortise locks, concealed and surface rod panics, concealed/floor and surface closers...)
• Knowledge of fire and ADA codes.
• Knowledge of reading plans and specification.
• Experience in commercial construction
• Microsoft Office and Quickbooks desirable

This is a full-time position 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
