The role you'll contribute:
The Donor Relations Coordinator will assist in executing work with AdventHealth Foundation, which serves as the fundraising arm of the hospital.
The value you'll bring to the team:
- Manage and maintain Foundation's fundraising software (Raiser's Edge and NXT), effectively capturing donor information for accurate financial and analytical reports
- Manage the gift donation process, including gift receipts, acknowledgements, pledges and reports
- Generate donor giving lists for recognition purposes and maintain donor name lists for publications. Update permanent recognition on digital, print, web and donor walls
- Manage Quick Books accounting entries, working with Regional Accounting on reconciliation
- Maintain summary of donation reports, deposits and audit trail information and prepare monthly reports for board meetings
- Provide donor analytical reports / information as requested
- Develop, print and mail annual tax statements
- Coordinate quarterly and annual AHS financial reporting surveys
- Maintain Foundation accounts and process internal and external payment requests and invoices
- Coordinate direct mail initiatives to include contracting with direct mail companies, compiling donor list needs, printing, coordinating bulk mail house functions and providing results analysis reports
- Coordinate appropriate upgrades and system issue resolutions for Foundation specific software
- Provide support for departmental projects, including event, office and administrative duties
Qualifications:
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associates degree
- One to three years of administrative experience.
- Current Driver's License
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
