Job located throughout different project sites in Maryland (Baltimore, Ft Detrick, Alexandria for example)40 Hours per week M-F from 7-3:30PM
Immediate Start.
Duration is for the foreseeable future.
Travel is required to and from sites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an onsite safety coordinator/representative
- Hold a valid OSHA 510 or CHST
- Attitude of commitment to safety vs compliance to safety
- Comfortable standing/walking for more than 5 hours per day
- Experience with reviewing/approving JHAs & HASPs
- Proficient in job site inspections and report writing
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Handle conflicts with a
positive, team attitude
-Comfortable working alone
- Comfortable presenting positive and negative observations from job site inspections to upper management via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Bilingual is a plus
- PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE 2 REFERENCES
Pay:
$ $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- OSHA: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- OSHA 30 (required)
