Tasks:

Ensuring smooth operation of the technical building equipment (TGA) you are responsible for, e.g. systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
Regular maintenance and repairs
Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the properties
Ensuring the proper technical condition of the TGA you are responsible for

Your Profile:

Training as a central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer / SHK systems mechanic or equivalent qualification as a career changer
German language skills at level B2 and a class B driver's license
Ideally, solid professional experience in building maintenance / TGA or installation, but also career starters are welcome
Additional qualification as an electrically instructed person is ideal
