As
Procurement Manager (all genders), you have the unique opportunity to build our procurement department from the ground up. With your dedication and skills, you ensure that we reach our full potential and make cost-efficient decisions.


This includes:

  • Building our procurement department and implementing efficient processes, policies, and systems to optimize and reduce costs.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our goals and business plan.
  • Responsibility for operational procurement from all our suppliers, including order processing, ensuring product availability, and demand analysis.
  • Further development of our inventory management with a focus on seamless goods receipt controls.
- (Framework) contract negotiation with all our suppliers.

  • Collaboration with other departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.
  • Definition, implementation, and monitoring of relevant key figures to control all procurement processes.
  • Continuous monitoring of market trends in the food industry to identify potential risks and opportunities for the procurement strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING:
