Crown Automotive is hiring an Automotive Inventory and Data Analyst for its Used Car Team
This position reports directly to the Group Used Car Director and is responsible for assisting with new and used car inventory and prepping orders for servicing autos among other duties as outlined below.
This role will support a centralized used car management team responsible for all the used car departments of the Crown Automotive Group in Florida, Ohio and Tennessee.
Hourly Pay Range:
$17 - $20/HR based upon experience/qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience in logistics and data with the ability to analyze information specific to used car inventory
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment doing weekly routine task(s) and special projects
- Ability to work with several, existing software vendors that supply used car data utilized to make centralized decisions by senior management
- Specific Automotive experience is appreciated, but not required.
Additional Special Skills and/or Abilities:
- Exceptional teamwork skills
- Knowledge of/Experience with any: PBS DMS, vAuto, HomeNet, Manheim, AccuTrade, Central Dispatch, RapidRecon is helpful
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and customer service skills approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to handle stress and problems effectively.
- Attention to detail imperative.

- Ability to meet US employment and Crown's eligibility requirements
Duties Include:
- Assisting sales and accounting department's process used car inventory from acquisition to final bill out.
- Follow fresh trades through the reconditioning process
- Support vehicle merchandising
- Used vehicle data pricing review
- Aged unit management
- Vehicle wholesale process
- Inventory KPI reporting
- Sales results reporting
- Appraisal KPI reporting
