    Job Title: Jira Administrator

    Location: Mexico City, MX - 100% remotely in Mexico

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator.
    • The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Jira administration, with a proven track record of successfully migrating from on-premises instances to Jira Cloud.
    • Additionally, they should possess the knowledge and skills necessary to implement and manage multiple CI/CD pipelines within a Jira instance, catering to the diverse needs of various development teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
    • Lead the migration efforts from on-premises Jira instances to Jira Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition of data and configurations.
    • Configure and optimize Jira Cloud instances to meet the needs of different teams and projects.
    • Implement and manage multiple CI/CD pipelines within the Jira environment, supporting continuous integration and deployment practices across various development houses.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira Cloud users, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
