Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Maintenance worker to join our team. We are a 90-unit complex apartments, looking for someone who is willing to start working right away.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the cleanliness of the facility
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Perform electrical work, including wiring and logic controllers, also know how to do simple painting.
• Knowing how to follow instructions and do as needed.
• Bilingual

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Conroe, TX (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Conroe, TX: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
