Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of further processing

Your responsibilities in our company:

  • Allocation and management of approximately 8-10 employees on a production line
  • Coordination of work tasks
  • Coordination of material availability and organization of production orders according to schedule
  • Hands-on mentality - working in the field of further processing
  • Rectifying minor errors and arranging necessary repairs
  • Random inspection of finished products in collaboration with quality assurance
  • Compliance with occupational safety,
