- Collaborating on and contributing to project design development, documentation, and construction administration.
- Performing daily design, BIM modeling, programming, and technical development of a project.
- Investigating, evaluating, and recommending design solutions that best meet client needs.
- Independently applying architectural design concepts and producing materials to convey those concepts to the team, client and contractor.
- 3-10 years of experience in a professional setting are required. This requirement may be satisfied by a range of professionals - from experienced Job Captain or Project Architect to recent graduates with beneficial involvement in architectural internships and other work placement programs.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required. A Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
- Architectural Licensure is preferred but not required.
- Sustainability accreditation is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit in combined academic and professional settings is required. Advanced Revit knowledge is preferred.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in design thinking and presentation media is desirable.
