Permanent position for our client in the aerospace industry in Middletown, MO.

We are currently seeking a Technical Purchaser (m/f/d) in the field of power electronics for our client, an international supplier in the aerospace industry.

The position is located in Nördlingen near Augsburg.

Responsibilities:

Search, evaluation and selection of capable suppliers
Development and improvement of framework agreements
Conducting procurement analyses
Coordination of procurement strategy with technical departments
Negotiations with contract partners and suppliers, including supplier audits
Target cost management and implementation of cost reduction projects
Supplier development

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable education with technical and business orientation
Several years of experience in international technical purchasing
Knowledge in the field of electronics, ideally in the semiconductor industry
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strategic approach
Enthusiasm, communication skills and ability to work in a team with an entrepreneurial mindset
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
